Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped to a physical address or PO Box (NZ only). Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the delivery cost and any rural deliveries shall be subject to additional charges. All deliveries are a full track and trace service.  If special delivery instructions are required, please be sure to notify us when you are placing your order.  We endeavour to have your order delivered within 2-5 days from placement and full payment of order. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to causes beyond our control.
