ORDERING & PAYMENTS

How many uniform items should I purchase for my child?

This all depends on your laundry schedule but we generally recommend at least 2-3 tops and 1-2 bottoms per child, 3 pairs of socks and 1 outerwear piece.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or you may pay by direct credit using the Poli Payment option at checkout. We also offer WINZ Quote orders and Laybuy purchases. 

How does Laybuy work?

After you choose Laybuy at checkout as your payment method, you will need to sign up or log in, and choose your schedule and payment day. If you don’t have enough credit on your Layby Account, you’ll be redirected to finish the purchase with a debit or credit card. For more information, please click on this link to see how Layby works

Can I pick up my order?

We are an online service only. We dispatch all orders to you directly via courier.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

Please email us at: sales@schooluniform.co.nz to amend your order.

SIZING

What size should I order? 

To find your child’s uniform correct size, we recommend using a garment to garment comparison method.

Can I see and try on a uniform before purchasing?

Most of our Schools have a uniform sample rack available at the School Office so you can physically try items on your child to find the correct uniform size. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Can I pick up my order?

We are an online service only. We dispatch all orders to you directly via courier.

How much is shipping?

Standard Delivery is $6.00 per order.

Rural Delivery is $10.00 per order.

North Island Delivery is $10.00 per order

South Island Delivery is $15.00 per order

How do I communicate special delivery instructions? Please email sales@schooluniform.co.nz

When will I receive my order?

Your order should arrive within 2-3 business days (urban delivery) or 2-5 business days if you are in a rural delivery zone. When your order is on the way you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can check delivery status. My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Click on the tracking link in the email we send you as this will provide real-time information on your order’s location. If you need further assistance, please contact us at: sales@schooluniform.co.nz so we can launch an investigation with the Courier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my garments for a different size?

Yes if returned within 14 days from receipt of goods. We will inspect the garments to make sure they are eligible for exchange.

Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

 

Please print and complete a Returns & Exchanges Form, pack the item/s using the original packaging and send back to:

PO Box 342, Silverdale Box Lobby, Auckland, 0944.

We will ship your new garments to you free of charge.

WINZ QUOTES / FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Can I get a WINZ quote to purchase my school uniforms?

Yes you can, just place your order as usual, but at checkout choose the WINZ Payment option. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will need to use this with your local WINZ office to apply for your School Uniform payment.

 

Please request DIRECT CREDIT as the payment option for your school uniform order as we are unable to process WINZ Payment Cards. Please ask WINZ to reference your WEB ORDER NO in the payment made on your behalf. We will ship your order as soon as payment is received from WINZ, and allocated to your order.
